WORK PROCESS
September/October:
ntroducing pupils, teachers, school, country and town. Sending postcards, letters and using audivisual tools in twinspace. Each country will send a logo for our Project and We will vote which one will represent it.
November/December:
each country will choose the traditional song and dance and We will publish them in twinspace. We will send Christmas cards to each other.
From January to May:
We will prepare other countries songs and dances (possibility to choose some dances not all because We are too many countries).
Sending Peace day cards or Easter greetings.
Celebrate Europe`s Day. Singing the Ode to Joy in the different languages and making a cooperative video.
Making a collaborative wallchart about traditional costumes.
Using Voicethread to introduce traditional instruments from each country.
June:
all our videos must be published in twinspace. Introduce a display where we will show what we have learned and to present it to the other pupils in the school and their parents. To inform local medias (newspapers, websites, tv and so on) about our project and inviting them to take part in the display.
Evaluation
Pupils Evaluation through www. tricider.com and cooperative video with pupils opinions, "What do I like the most?"
Teachers evaluation through google form.
EXPECTED RESULTS
An open twinspace where pupils from other countries can learn about musical heritage, learning traditional songs and dances.
Every child will feel ambassador of his/her region and his/her culture.
These situations of sharing and cooperation are a means of supporting the tolerance and of fighting against racism.
